After 65 rainy days, over 5000 cubic metres of concrete, 150 tonnes of structural steel, 80,000 bricks, 1000 workers and 1967 square metres of commercial flooring installed by One Source Flooring—The Bower Tree is now open! These are just some of the impressive figures which have contributed to the construction of this masterpiece venue.
Working with the Boldbridge Group, Paynters was appointed as Managing Contractor to deliver the design and construction of The Bower Tree, in Sippy Downs—a vibrant new social destination.
The new community club features four unique dining experiences—Vine Wine Bar, Arrows Bistro, Cafe Rubia, and the Pizzeria—along with four diverse bars. The club’s comprehensive facilities also include function rooms, a kids’ and youth room, and a gaming lounge, catering to diverse age groups and interests. Moreover, the project included the provision of undercover parking, as well as street-access parking, ensuring convenience for club visitors.
The architectural design of The Bower Tree set it apart from traditional club establishments. Unique curved shapes adorned the exterior, creating a covered walkway that allowed guests to move between different areas in any weather condition. Additionally, the interior featured a distinct colour scheme in each space, giving patrons the sensation of transitioning through different landscapes or destinations. This attention to detail contributes to the club’s ambience and enhances the overall visitor experience.
Gaming Room Flooring
Let’s delve into the heart of The Bower Tree—the Gaming Room. One Source Flooring, known for their expertise in commercial flooring, took charge of this crucial space. The client’s choice of custom Brintons Axminster carpet was not only a stylistic triumph but also a practical one. Recognised for its ease of cleaning and low maintenance, this carpet ensures a pristine appearance even in the face of heavy foot traffic.

The choice of long 2200mm engineered planks in a matte finish was deliberate, enhancing the perceived length of the Sports Bar.
