FLOORING LABOURER

We’re looking for a labourer to join our team!

We do things a little differently at One Source Flooring (we’re not like the big guys). We genuinely love what we do and constantly strive to create unique flooring experiences for our customers. We’re a young team wanting to shake-up the industry.

We’re looking for a keen team-player who wants to help our team in a labourer capacity. This is a casual position.

You’ll be based out of our beautifully renovated showroom in Nerang, working closely with our installation team on job sites across SEQ. We offer competitive rates, flexible working arrangements (need to head to an appointment – no problems!) and a fun crew.

This role requires:

• Working a minimum of 22.5hrs per week (need to be available Mon – Fri).
• Travel to on-site locations from our Showroom (we’ll provide you with our work van from here).
• Assisting with preparing/mixing floor preparation materials.
• Uplifting of existing flooring.
• Heavy lifting including moving furniture and carting product and installation materials.
• Assisting our Installers with various miscellaneous tasks including cleaning up the job site.
• Running deliveries to jobs.

What you need:

• A current driver’s licence.
• Ability to complete strenuous tasks.
• Ability to follow direction and work well with our Installers.
• A positive, fun personality that slots into our young, yet mighty team.
