We’re looking for an apprentice to join our team!

We do things a little differently at One Source Flooring (we’re not like the big guys). We genuinely love what we do and constantly strive to create unique flooring experiences for our customers. We’re a young team wanting to shake-up the industry.

We’re looking for a keen team-player who wants to undertake a flooring apprenticeship, coached by our Managing Director and our expert team of installers. 

You’ll be based out of our beautifully renovated showroom in Nerang, working closely with our sales and admin team. We offer competitive rates, flexible working arrangements (need to head to an appointment – no problems!) a fun crew and Friday afternoon hoops. 

Working with us, you’ll learn everything to do with carpet, vinyl, laminate, hybrid, timber flooring as well as floor preparation. You’ll also assist with the removal of old floor coverings and when requested by clients, moving of furniture. The job is Monday to Friday with a couple of Saturdays each year (only if we have a super-urgent job and need some extra support). You will be required to undertake a Cert III in Flooring Technology.

What you need:

• A current driver’s licence.
• A positive, fun personality that slots into our young, yet mighty team.
